Once you’ve got in touch with me via my contact form, we’ll book in a call to have a cup of tea and say hello. This call allows me to get an idea of your wedding day and what you’re hoping for with your stationery (plus I just love to hear all the details!).
Ahead of the call, I kindly ask you share any moodboards or imagery you’ve seen with me, so I can see what inspires you. Anything you think would be helpful to share with me usually is.
-
Following our call, I will send over a detailed quote, followed by an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total fee.
l then get to work on the design proposals! These will include things like a colour palette and rough composition sketches to check that you’re happy with the overall direction. This is the time to try and nail down what we can, so the final design can go smoothly. Often you don’t know all the information for the day too early on - this is absolutely fine - I just ask for a very rough draft of the text so we can work out how much text needs to be applied for each design.
-
I will then get started on the final artwork. Once complete, I will send you final proofs to approve. I will then request the final 50% balance ahead of me sending the final ready-to-print designs to you.
I don’t offer printing as part of my services, however I can of course offer my advice including recommended printers and paper types if you need.
-
Depending on the project size, I ask you to allow roughly 4-8 weeks from start to finish of the work. I will always provide a rough timeline of when you can expect each stage of the project, as some are faster than others.
I am regularly booked far in advance so please do get in touch with me with plenty of time ahead to avoid disappointment.
